What is A2 Ghee
Ghee is class of clarified butter or super food derived from indigenous cow breed. Milk of indigenous cow breed contains only A2 (Amino Acid Type 2) protein. It is healthier than A1 which is obtained from milk of other types of cow.
Procurement of Milk
We have cattle farm of purest Kankrej breed at Kutch district. Cows are allowed to freely graze on our ecofriendly organic farms for more than five hours which improves Vitamin D content of milk indirectly. And milking of cows is done by hands in very hygiene environment.
Production of Ghee
Our Ghee is produced by process mentioned in Vedas. The milk is inoculated with curd to obtain whole curd. Then curd is churned to get butter which is then melted and boiled on fire in old brass vessels to obtain purest form of Cow Ghee.
Quality Assurance
This is the only ghee which melts below human body temperature. It melts at 36°C and average human body temperature is 36.1°C. Whereas all other ghee melt at 37.4°C. Our ghee is tested by FSSAI and government laboratories for nutritional values and quality standards for chemical residue. Other than this we guarantee for the pure ghee with highest quality.
